  • Jorge Martin Arias

    he/him

    Jorge has extensive knowledge of alternative healing and bodywork. He has integrated his knowledge over 20 years to provide a holistic approach to coaching and therapy, combining trauma-informed somatic modalities such as NARM, Hakomi, and IFS. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychedelic Studies with AWE.ngo 3 year psychedelic therapy, history, and ethics program. Jorge is set to receive an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies this May.

  • Courtney Barnes, Esq

    Courtney Barnes is a devoted social justice attorney and trailblazer in drug policy reform. She serves as Counsel at the NYC firm, Feldman Legal Advisors, where she specializes in advising clients on risk management in emerging industries. Courtney was a lead drafter of Denver’s Psilocybin Decriminalization Initiative (the nation’s first successful psychedelic policy reform ordinance) and has extensive experience drafting state and local policy relating to the decriminalization of psychedelics.

  • Cassandra Biron, LCSW

    Cassandra Biron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus on integrative mental health, molecule assisted treatment, and mind-body psychotherapy. Cassandra’s work is rooted in healing justice. She has worked with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities for 10+ years and knows the creation of joy is a political act. She is a Death Doula and co-leads death literacy workshops with her company, Your Morbid Friends. She proudly serves the death industry infusing passion and creativity to death culture.

  • Dr. Flux, PhD

    Dr. Flux has a joint Ph.D. in Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology and has conducted research in a wide range of fields from biotechnology to psychedelics. Currently, he is ramping up a career in public communication with a focus on psychedelics and ethics as they increase in visibility and usage nationally and globally. Dr. Flux is also a creative professional, working primarily in the visual arts, which he brings to his presentations.

  • Aaron Genuth

    he/him

    Aaron Genuth is an advocate for psychedelically informed community and policy. He is the founder of Darkhei Rephua, an Entheogenic Jewish nonprofit, through which he conducts psychedelic gatherings and outreach. He also serves as director of outreach & policy for the Hudson Valley Psychedelic Society, splitting his time between South Brooklyn and the Catskill Mountains. He is a fan of LSD and the Mets.

  • Pammy Jackson

    Pammy Jackson founded The Psychedelic Sisterhood in February 2020 to establish a sacred space for growth, healing, and womxn's empowerment through heart-centered programming and psychedelics. She is also co-president of New Yorkers for Mental Health Alternatives (NYMHA) and a founding member of the New York Psilocybin Action Committee (NYPAC), Brooklyn Psychedelic Society, and the Global Psychedelic Society.

  • Jeanie Lee

    Jeanie is the founder of the Psychedelic Access Fund, a 501c3 nonprofit that sponsors individuals for psychedelic healing opportunities who otherwise would not be able to afford access. She has also been involved in grassroots psychedelic community building in NYC and Pennsylvania, founding and growing the Lehigh Valley Psychedelic Society.

  • Victoria Litman, M.Div., J.D., LL.M.

    she/her

    Victoria Litman is a nonprofit tax lawyer focusing on the emerging cannabis and psychedelic tax-exempt sectors and an adjunct professor of Cannabis Law at Roger Williams University School of Law. Professor Litman focuses her scholarship on the intersections of constitutional law, tax law, and drug law with a focus on issues of religious freedom. She is affiliated with the International Cannabis Bar Association and a founding member of the Psychedelic Bar Association.

  • Britta Love

    they/she

    Britta Love weaves between the worlds of conscious sexuality and psychedelic ritual, with a through line of social justice and embodied consent. They became an advocate for sex worker’s rights as an undergraduate at the London School of Economics in 2007 and have been a writer and activist pushing for the decriminalization of drugs and sex work ever since. Britta is a certified somatic sex educator through the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education, a certified circle keeper with the Planning Change Restorative Justice Program under the tutelage of Kay Pranis, and has trained with Dr. Betty Martin’s School of Consent.

  • Abby Lyall

    Abby Lyall is Co-Founder and CFO of The Psychedelic Assembly. The Athenaeum, PA’s newest initiative, is a membership-supported library, social club and cultural forum in Midtown Manhattan focused on education and building community around psychedelics. Prior to her work with PA, Abby was an organizer with Decriminalize Nature New York (now Decrim First), where she co-wrote a bill to decriminalize natural psychedelics that has been introduced in the NYS Assembly.

  • Taylor Masterson, AAHS, CHCC, CPSS

    Taylor is the executive director and founder of PHREE TEMple, Inc., a 501c3 psychedelic harm reduction nonprofit organization based in Rochester, New York. PHREE TEMple provides a safe space for festival and event goers to de-escalate and receive psychedelic peer support. Their mission is to reduce harm and stigma by educating, empowering, and providing resources to the community. Taylor is also a Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP) Chapter leader in Rochester.

  • Juliette Mohr

    Juliette recently graduated from the University of San Diego, where she spent a year exploring the history and impact of colonialism in psychedelics within an undergrad thesis titled "Psychedelic Extractivism: Distilling Indigeneity into Exchange Value". Previously affiliated with organizations such as SSDP and MAPS, Juliette currently serves as Training Manager at the Alma Institute. You can read her undergrad thesis at: juliettemohr.digital.

  • Zach Rieck, LCSW

    Zach Rieck is the clinical director of the Cardea Ketamine space in New York City. In addition to his managerial role, he is a space holder and therapist for Cardea clients. Zach is a licensed clinical social worker who’s work is heavily influenced by his own transformative experience using iboga to move beyond years of intravenous drug addiction.

  • Soma

    Soma is a queer identifying daughter of the diaspora, a mother and birth worker. Soma has been serving families as a Full Spectrum Community Doula and Reproductive Justice Advocate since 2013, serving pregnant women at Rikers Island Prison. Soma is also a Licensed Massage Therapist in NYC and adjunct instructor of massage at Pacific College of Health and Science. A self-proclaimed Psychonaut and facilitator, Soma sits at the intersection of reproductive and psychedelic justice as a path to liberation utilizing Entheogenic Bodywork as an entry point to somatic integration.

  • Zhana Vrangalova, PhD

    Dr. Zhana Vrangalova is a relationship scientist, consultant, and NYU adjunct professor of human sexuality, as well as the creator of Open Smarter™, an online course that guides couples and individuals to identify and navigate their ideal relationship type. As a member of the Legislative Committee of New Yorkers for Mental Health Alternatives (NYMHA), she advocates for legalization of psychedelic-assisted therapy and decriminalizing psychedelics.

  • Courtney Watson, LMFT, M.Ed

    Courtney Watson is a LMFT and Certified Sex Therapist. She is the owner of Doorway Therapeutic Services, a group therapy practice in Oakland, CA focused on prioritizing the mental health needs of Black, Indigenous & People of Color, Queer and TGNC folx. Courtney has followed the direction of her ancestors to incorporate psychedelic assisted therapy into her offerings for folks with multiple marginalized identities and stresses the importance of BIPOC and Queer providers offering these services.

  • Victoria B. Wikler

    Victoria B. Wikler is a meditation teacher to incarcerated youth, a Buddhist Occult educator, a harm reduction specialist, and a mentor to many. She devotes her expertise towards helping others reduce violence by working with detention centers, through 1-1 mentorship, and through her monthly classes

  • Amber Banks

    she/her

    Amber provides trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy to underserved populations at Community Counseling and Mediation as she completes her MSW at NYU. She has taken the North Star Ethics Pledge and her approach to expanding access to psychedelics is guided by those principles. She has been trained in psychedelic peer support though the Zendo Project and has volunteered with Queer Dome, a dedicated peer support space for the LQBTQ+ community.

  • Tristan Bennett

    Tristan Bennett is a clinical social worker-in-training in the final year of his Master’s program at NYU. He brings over fifteen years of experience working in support of marginalized communities and individuals from New Orleans to North Dakota to New York City. His experiences in the queer community have attuned him to the special circumstances of folks navigating oppressive and intolerant systems and he feels especially drawn to working with this population.

  • Lily Hetzler

    Lily is an integrative psychotherapist completing her MSW training at NYU. Working from a psychodynamic and attachment-based lens at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy, she believes that the therapeutic relationship must be built collaboratively and affirming of each individual's unique intersectionality.   • Lida Rubanava

    Lida is a career changer from theater production who chose to pursue their Masters in Social Work after joining the team at Body Politic, which, prior to the pandemic, was a queer feminist wellness collective in New York City. Their endeavors there helped to confirm their own identity as more than just an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, but also as one of its members. Since then, Lida firmly believes that self-awareness of choice and personal embodiment is the foundation of mental health and psychological well-being and strives to help others find the words to tell their personal stories too.
